Welcome to Inkaai. By using our service at inkaai.com, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Inkaai provides AI-powered video and audio services: dubbing and translation, voice cloning, lip sync, and avatar generation (producing a video of a person speaking from a photograph and an audio track). These Terms govern all of them equally — an avatar or lip-synced video is subject to the same obligations as a dub.

2. Account and Access

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the service.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Usage Credits

• Dubbing services are billed based on video duration and number of target languages.
• Credits are deducted upon successful completion of dubbing jobs.
• Credit balances and pricing are subject to change with notice.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain full ownership of content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your videos, audio files, or dubbed output. We process your content solely to provide the dubbing service.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of the video/audio content, or have obtained proper authorization from the owner to dub and translate it
• You have the legal right to use, modify, and distribute the content
• Your content does not infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party
• You will not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive

5. Voice, Face and Likeness Consent

Our service replicates the voice characteristics of speakers in your uploaded content, and for lip sync and avatar generation it also reproduces a person's face and likeness. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have obtained explicit, informed and verifiable consent from every individual whose voice, face or likeness appears in any content you upload — for voice cloning, synthetic speech, translation, lip sync, avatar generation and redistribution. For a deceased person this means authorization from their estate or the holder of their publicity rights
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that voice cloning of any person in your content complies with all applicable laws, including privacy laws, personality rights, and right of publicity laws in your jurisdiction
• You will not use cloned voices to create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• You will not use cloned voices to impersonate individuals without their knowledge and consent
• Inkaai is not responsible for any misuse of voice cloning technology by users

6. Impersonation and Synthetic Media

You will not clone, synthesize, or impersonate the voice, face, or likeness of any person — living or deceased, public figure or private individual — without their prior written consent, or, where that person is deceased, without authorization from their estate or the holder of their publicity and personality rights.

You will not use the Service to create content intended to deceive viewers into believing a real person said or did something they did not, for purposes of fraud, defamation, non-consensual intimate imagery, election interference, or any other unlawful purpose.

We may suspend an account and remove content that we reasonably believe breaches this section.

7. Distribution of Dubbed Content

The dubbed output generated by our service is yours to use, subject to the following:

• You must have proper rights to the original content before distributing any dubbed version
• If the original content belongs to a third party, you must have their permission to create and distribute dubbed versions
• You are responsible for complying with all copyright, licensing, and distribution agreements related to the original content
• Inkaai bears no liability for unauthorized distribution of dubbed content by users

8. AI-Generated Output

Our service uses AI for translation and voice synthesis. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI translations may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Voice cloning produces approximations, not exact replicas
• You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or distributing

9. Data Retention

• Uploaded content and processed results are stored temporarily on our servers.
• We may delete processed files after 30 days of inactivity.
• You should download your results promptly.

10. Limitation of Liability

Inkaai is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

11. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
